【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationfocusesonShortRange(SR)Interface/SystemsRequirements.SRsystemsuseaninterfacethatallowsDetectionEquipmenttooperatesomeATSVRfunctionsinthedirectlineofsightofvehicles.SRsystemsenableLEAsinaparticularcountry,topermitLEApersonneltoperformactionsonvehiclesthatarewithintheirimmediatevicinity.Suchactionscanincludeidentificationofvehicledataorinfluencingthevehiclefromaremotesite.StandardsforAutomaticVehicleIdentification(AVI)andAutomaticEquipmentIdentification(AEI)arebeingdevelopedbyCEN/TC278WG12inparallelwithISO/TC204WG4.ThisATSVRspecificationdoesnotprejudicethosestandardsanddoesnotseektoestablishparametersforfutureAVI/AEIstandards.DSRCandAVIStandardsareseenasbasictechnologyblocksfortypesofshortrangeATSVR.ThispartofCEN/TS15213describesthestructure,bitarrangements,numberrepresentationandcodingofmessageelementsthataretypicallytransmittedasdata.Thereisnorequirementtomakethemessagesasshortoraseffectiveaspossible.Emphasisisplacedonmakingthemasclearandunambiguousaspossible.ForShortRangeCommunications,wherethereisverylittletimeavailableforthetransferofdatabetweenpassingvehiclesanddetectionequipment,onlyasubsetofthemessageelementsdescribedinthisdocumentcanbetransmitted.Therefore,inthesecases,thedatalengthsarereducedtoanabsoluteminimum.Dataelementssuchastimes,dates,orgeographicalcoordinatesneednotbetransmittedbecausetheATSVRconsistsofvariousequipmentelementsthatcommunicateandinteractthroughvariousinterfacesinaccordancewithstandardproceduresandprotocolsfacilitatingtherecoveryofstolenvehicles.Theseprocessesmayinvolveahumanoperator.ATSVRelementsincludetheOBEinstalledinthevehicles,arangeofDetectingEquipmentandoneormoreSystemOperatingCentres.OneormoresupportingInfrastructureNetworksprovidescommunicationstosupporttheATSVR.TheATSVRlocationfunctionmayalsoincludeoneormoresupportingPositionReferenceSources.SomeShortRangedevicesmaybetriggeredbyormayuselongrangecommunicationsandviceversa.SomeInterfacesarenotwithinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.Thesecompriseinterfacestoorfromsensors,actuatorsandhumanoperators;frompositionreferencesourcese.g.GPS,LEAsinternalinterfacesetc.DetectionEquipment"knows"thetime,incaseofstationaryequipmentit"knows"itscoordinatesetc.TheDetectionEquipmentmayconcatenatethesedataelementstothedatacomingfromthevehicle,whensendingacompletedatasettoATSVRSystemOperatingCentresortoLEAasdescribedinotherpartsofthisTechnicalSpecification.Whereverpossiblethesamespecifications,datastructures,contents,anddefinitionshavebeenusedthroughoutthisTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotseektodefinetherequirementsoractionsofthevarioushumanelementsoftheATSVR,butitdoesaimtoidentifytheinteractionsandinterfacesthatexistamongsttheequipmentandhumanelementsoperatingwithinthesystem.
