【摘要】:1ThispartofISO6402specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofacrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate(ASA),acrylonitrile-(ethylene-propylene-diene)-styrene(AEPDS)andacrylonitrile-(chlorinatedpolyethylene)-styrene(ACS)mouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.2Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizeASA,AEPDSandACSmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.3ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1.Othertestmethodsinwideusefor,orofparticularsignificanceto,thesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO6402,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinPart1.4Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspecimenpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
